Baked Salmon with Lemon and Herbs
Equipment
- 1 Baking Sheet
Ingredients
- 2 each Salmon Fillets (6 ounces each)
- Salt and pepper
- 2 tbsp Olive Oil
- 2 cloves Garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp Fresh Lemon Juice
- 1 tsp Lemon Zest
- 1 tbsp Fresh Parsley chopped
- 1 tbsp Fresh Dill chopped
- Lemon slices for garnish slice
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Place salmon fillets on the prepared baking sheetSalt and pepper
- In a small bowl, whisk together2 tbsp Olive Oil, 2 cloves Garlic, minced, 1 tbsp Fresh Parsley, 1 tbsp Fresh Dill, 1 tbsp Fresh Lemon Juice
- Spoon the herb mixture evenly over the Salmon Fillets
- Bake salmon in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes
- Until salmon flakes easily with a fork
- Remove from oven and serve the baked salmon hot
- Garnished with additional fresh herbs and lemon slices
- Enjoy as a delicious and nutritious main course
