Baked Salmon with Lemon and Herbs

  • 1 Baking Sheet
  • Parchment Paper

Ingredients
  

  • 2 each  Salmon Fillets (6 ounces each)
  • Salt and pepper
  • 2 tbsp  Olive Oil
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp Fresh Lemon Juice
  • 1 tsp Lemon Zest
  • 1 tbsp Fresh Parsley chopped
  • 1 tbsp  Fresh Dill chopped
  • Lemon slices for garnish slice

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Place salmon fillets on the prepared baking sheet
    Salt and pepper
  • In a small bowl, whisk together
    2 tbsp  Olive Oil, 2 cloves Garlic, minced, 1 tbsp Fresh Parsley, 1 tbsp  Fresh Dill, 1 tbsp Fresh Lemon Juice
  • Spoon the herb mixture evenly over the Salmon Fillets
  • Bake salmon in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes
  • Until salmon flakes easily with a fork
  • Remove from oven and serve the baked salmon hot
  •  Garnished with additional fresh herbs and lemon slices
  • Enjoy as a delicious and nutritious main course
