Instructions

In a large mixing bowl, whisk eggs until light and frothy.
Add melted butter, almond milk, and apple cider vinegar; mix well.
Add almond flour, baking powder, and salt. Stir until a smooth batter forms (slightly thick).
Pour batter into the prepared loaf pan and smooth the top with a spatula.
