  • 1 cup Plain Greek Yogurt
  • 2 tbsp Honey
  • 1 tsp Vanilla extract
  • 1 cup Mixed Berries blueberries, raspberries, strawberries
  • Cooking spray for parchment, optional

Instructions
 

  • In a medium bowl, mix together the Greek yogurt, honey, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  • Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and lightly spray with cooking spray if desired.
  • Using a spoon, fill each berry with a small dollop of the yogurt mixture.
  • Place the filled berries on the prepared baking sheet in a single layer.
  • Freeze for at least 2 hours, or until the yogurt is firm and frozen.
  • Serve cold and enjoy!
