- 1 cup plain Greek yogurt non-fat or full-fat
- 2 tbsp olive oil or avocado oil optional for creaminess
- 2 tbsp lemon juice or white vinegar
- 2 tbsp fresh dill chopped (or 1 tsp dried)
- 2 tbsp fresh parsley chopped (or 1 tsp dried)
- 1 tbsp fresh chives chopped (or ½ tsp dried)
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- ½ tsp salt adjust to taste
- ¼ tsp black pepper
- 2 –3 tbsp water or milk to thin to desired consistency
In a medium bowl, whisk together Greek yogurt, olive oil, and lemon juice until smooth.
Stir in dill, parsley, chives, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
Add water or milk, one tablespoon at a time, until dressing reaches your desired consistency.
Taste and adjust seasoning if needed.
Chill for 30 minutes before serving for best flavor.
Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 5 days.
For a tangier taste, increase the amount of lemon juice or vinegar.
Make it dairy-free by substituting Greek yogurt with a plant-based alternative.
