Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup plain Greek yogurt non-fat or full-fat
  • 2 tbsp olive oil or avocado oil optional for creaminess
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice or white vinegar
  • 2 tbsp fresh dill chopped (or 1 tsp dried)
  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley chopped (or 1 tsp dried)
  • 1 tbsp fresh chives chopped (or ½ tsp dried)
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • ½ tsp salt adjust to taste
  • ¼ tsp black pepper
  • 2 –3 tbsp water or milk to thin to desired consistency

Instructions
 

  • In a medium bowl, whisk together Greek yogurt, olive oil, and lemon juice until smooth.
  • Stir in dill, parsley, chives, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  • Add water or milk, one tablespoon at a time, until dressing reaches your desired consistency.
  • Taste and adjust seasoning if needed.
  • Chill for 30 minutes before serving for best flavor.

Notes

Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 5 days.
For a tangier taste, increase the amount of lemon juice or vinegar.
Make it dairy-free by substituting Greek yogurt with a plant-based alternative.
