This light and creamy Greek Yogurt Ranch Dressing is a healthy twist on the classic ranch dressing. Made with protein-rich Greek yogurt and fresh herbs, it’s perfect as a dip for veggies, a topping for salads, or a side for cauliflower wings.
2tbspolive oil or avocado oiloptional for creaminess
2tbsplemon juiceor white vinegar
2tbspfresh dillchopped (or 1 tsp dried)
2tbspfresh parsleychopped (or 1 tsp dried)
1tbspfresh chiveschopped (or ½ tsp dried)
1tspgarlic powder
1tsponion powder
½tspsaltadjust to taste
¼tspblack pepper
2–3 tbsp water or milkto thin to desired consistency
Instructions
In a medium bowl, whisk together Greek yogurt, olive oil, and lemon juice until smooth.
Stir in dill, parsley, chives, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
Add water or milk, one tablespoon at a time, until dressing reaches your desired consistency.
Taste and adjust seasoning if needed.
Chill for 30 minutes before serving for best flavor.
