Slice zucchini into fry-like strips about 3–4 inches long and ½ inch thick.
In one bowl, beat the egg. In another, mix almond flour, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
Dip each zucchini strip into the egg, then coat with the almond flour mixture.
Lightly spray air fryer basket with nonstick spray (if needed) and place coated zucchini fries in a single layer.
Air fry at 400°F (200°C) for 12–15 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden brown and crispy.
Serve immediately with your favorite low-carb dipping sauce.
