Ingredients
  

  • 1 Medium Zucchini sliced into fries
  • 1 Egg beaten
  • 1/4 cup Almond Flour
  • 2 tbsp Grated Parmesan Cheese
  • 1/2 tsp Garlic Powder
  • Salt & pepper to taste
  • Nonstick spray optional

  • Slice zucchini into fry-like strips about 3–4 inches long and ½ inch thick.
  • In one bowl, beat the egg. In another, mix almond flour, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  • Dip each zucchini strip into the egg, then coat with the almond flour mixture.
  • Lightly spray air fryer basket with nonstick spray (if needed) and place coated zucchini fries in a single layer.
  • Air fry at 400°F (200°C) for 12–15 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden brown and crispy.
  • Serve immediately with your favorite low-carb dipping sauce.

📝 Notes
For extra crunch, let the coated zucchini rest for 5 minutes before air frying.
