Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line loaf pan with parchment.
In bowl, mix eggs, pumpkin, oil, sweetener, and vanilla.
Stir in almond flour, baking powder, and spices.
Pour into pan and bake 40–45 minutes.
Cool completely before slicing.
Notes
Serve with cream cheese or sugar-free nut butter.
